What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installation Manager (Cable Headend) position at Professional Teleconcepts?
Pro-Tel is looking for Install Manager in the Greater Northeastern Region. At Pro-Tel you'll be joining a family where we are committed to supporting each other and building a collaborative team environment. As part of our team, your opportunities are endless. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Central Office, specifically previous experience working in Comcast Headend environments. The ideal candidate will have experience building equipment racks, cable racks, fiber protections systems. The ideal candidate will also have experience installing and performing the test & turn-up of new technologies such as NEXT-GEN ROADM and CRAN. Regional travel is required on a weekly basis, company Van / Truck provided to all Lead Level 4 technicians.
Responsibilities :
- Receives and accounts for equipment / material necessary to do the job
- Performs basic installation such as mounting of equipment, cable rack and fiber protection systems
- Maintains Customer Quality Standards
- Professional in appearance and performance
