What You’ll Do:
As our Clinic Coordinator, you will be the friendly face that enhances our patients' experiences. Your role will be crucial in supporting our physical therapists and assistants, ensuring the clinic operates smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome patients and guide them through their visit.
- Manage phone communications, providing timely updates to patients and therapists.
- Schedule appointments and handle payment collections with accuracy.
- Assist physical therapists by performing supportive tasks while prioritizing patient safety and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in all treatment areas.
- Administer outcome measures and support various clinic activities.

Position Type & Hours:
This is a full-time position, with four 10 hour days each week. You will have Thursdays off.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
