As a growing physical therapy practice, we are looking for a highly organized and motivated Front Office Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional care to our patients.
What you'll be doing:
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and medical histories to determine appropriate treatments.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patient goals and improve physical function.
- Utilize a variety of physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
- Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, postural corrections, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document progress toward rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education opportunities.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an CAPTE accredited program.
- Current active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Proficiency in patient evaluation and treat
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting (preferred but not required).
