What Can Professional Touch Cleaning Provide for You?
Competitive Pay: $17-19 an hour. You will be paid every Friday, using direct deposit. Pay includes tips, which are earned by going above and beyond for our wonderful clients. On average, including tips, most of our techs earn from $19-$22 hourly.
Paid Drive Time: We provide paid drive time and keep it short. Our teams average less than 1 hour per week of drive time between homes. Please note, you do not get paid to drive to work. We do however pay for the time in between locations. Most days, you'll be at one location for the day. The homes/businesses are within a 10 miles radius of 46530, not from your home.

Tips: We have some clients who tip every time :)

Flexible Schedule: We get it, life is busy. If you have a restricted schedule due to other happenings in life, that is ok, we can work with you. Our shifts start at either 8am, or 9am, and we would require availability until 3 pm at least one day per week. **We are NOT hiring for after hours cleaning at this time**
To be a Professional Cleaner:
You will be expected to deliver consistent, five-star quality cleanliness results in residential and commercial settings in and around Granger, Mishawaka, South Bend, Osceola, and Elkhart using PTC’s tried and true cleaning process. Our cleaning mantra is short and sweet: no cutting corners, no compromises, just a pristine clean every time. After you undergo our training process, we will send you out to work by yourself, or under a Team Lead.
Because of the faith we have in our training process, we require NO prior cleaning experience. If you’re willing to work hard and learn, you will go far with us!
Professional Cleaner Must-Haves
-Be a self-starter. You’ll be working on your own some of the time, so it’s important that you are able to work and achieve great results without little to no supervision.
-Great communication skills. We consider our clients family, so being able to communicate with them in a friendly and effective manner is very important.
-You are required to have a valid driver’s license, along with a car that has a valid registration and insurance.
-You must have a Work Authorization for the United States.
-You must pass a background check and drug test.
-Follow training and deliver high quality results daily.
-Follow all health and safety regulations.
-Be very active for 6-8 hours per day.
-Handle semi-heavy equipment.
