Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Recovery Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient recovery of vehicles, ensuring that all operations are conducted in compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, mechanical knowledge, and conflict management skills to handle various recovery scenarios effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assess the condition of vehicles and determine the best recovery method while ensuring minimal damage.
- Safely recovery of vehicles assigned to our company by our clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with vehicle owners and addressing their concerns.
- Utilize conflict management skills to resolve disputes in a professional manner.
- Perform basic mechanical inspections and maintenance on recovery equipment as needed.
- Drive manual transmission vehicles with proficiency, ensuring safe transport of recovered vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of all recoveries, including vehicle condition reports and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience in automotive repair is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating tow trucks, flatbeds, or forklifts is a plus.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles confidently.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Candidates should possess a valid driver's license and demonstrate a commitment to safety and professionalism in all aspects of their work.
- RDN, Clear Plan, and other program/ website knowledge and experience helpful but not required.
