About the Role
At Professional Transportation Services Inc., we are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Crew Transportation Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in safely transporting railroad crew members to their destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and practice safety awareness to ensure a safe working environment for all crew members.
- Prioritize on-time performance to meet customer needs and ensure efficient operations.
- Pick up and drop off crew members safely to their destinations, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to all crew members and stakeholders.
- Communicate timely with our Dispatch Center to ensure seamless operations.
- Report any defects, mechanical problems, or missing items found during vehicle inspection to your supervisor.
Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Have a minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work-related).
- Must be able to pass a post-offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check.
- Be able to arrive at the branch location within 30 minutes to ensure on-time performance.
