Job Summary: As a Van Driver with our company, you will be responsible for safely transporting railroad crew members to their destinations. This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy working independently and prioritizing on-time performance.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and practice safety awareness in all aspects of the job.
- Prioritize on-time performance to meet customer needs and ensure efficient trip execution.
- Pick up and drop off customers safely at designated locations.
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and professional at all times.
- Communicate effectively with our Dispatch Center to ensure seamless trip execution.
- Maintain vehicles in good condition and report any defects or issues promptly.
- Promote and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Have a minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work-related).
- Pass a post-offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check.
- Be able to arrive at the branch location within 30 minutes to ensure on-time performance.
