Key Responsibilities :
As an Electrical Engineer, you will play an integral role in the design, development, and documentation of electrical systems for a variety of projects. Your responsibilities will include :
- Design and Development : Lead the creation of electrical design and construction documents, including detailed schematics, technical drawings, and specifications for power distribution, control systems, and electrical safety systems.
- Project Support : Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to support data center projects, industrial control systems, and electrical safety initiatives.
- System Analysis & Integration : Analyze and evaluate existing electrical systems, recommending improvements and optimizations. Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure system integration and functionality.
- Technical Coordination : Coordinate the electrical design with other MEP disciplines to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.
- Compliance and Standards : Ensure designs comply with all applicable national and local codes, standards, and regulations, including NFPA, NEC, and IEEE.
- Client Communication : Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing updates on project status. Assist with presentations to clients, stakeholders, and other external entities.
- Project Documentation : Generate and manage accurate documentation related to electrical designs, including calculations, technical reports, and submittals.
- Site Visits & Inspections : Travel to project sites as required to conduct field assessments, inspections, and system testing.
- Continuous Learning & Development : Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering, industry trends, and technology, applying them to your projects.
