Civil Practice Lead Engineer
We are seeking a Civil Practice Lead Engineer to join a nationally recognized environmental engineering design firm with a 50-year history. As we expand into the Greater Cincinnati area, we are looking for a leader to drive the design and permitting of commercial, industrial, residential, institutional, and mixed-use projects across both public and private sectors. In this role, you will oversee design, permitting, and client management while contributing to business development efforts for various land development projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and permitting of commercial, industrial, residential, institutional, and mixed-use projects for clients, both public and private clients.
- Collaborate with office leadership to develop growth strategies and ensure efficient staff utilization.
- Oversee site / civil engineering efforts, including site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, and erosion and sediment control, from concept to completion.
- Lead stormwater management design, including hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and prepare SWPPP documentation.
- Integrate geotechnical and environmental engineering principles into land development projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
