Technology Project Manager Perks :

Technology Project Manager Requirements :
5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology and enterprise systems. Retail industry preferred.
Proven track record of managing complex migrations (e.g., JDA or similar systems) and implementing supply chain or planning technologies on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and planning platforms (JDA, o9, or similar). SaaS Implementation a plus.
Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
Utilize expertise in Microsoft Outlook and Teams to facilitate effective communication and scheduling across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Technology Project Manager Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for both the JDA migration and o9 projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Manage resources, dependencies, and competing priorities across the two initiatives.
Create and maintain status reporting dashboards using tools such as Tableau or similar platforms, ensuring clear and effective communication of project progress and key Oversee the planning and execution of the JDA infrastructure migration from Rackspace to AWS, ensuring technical feasibility, stability, and scalability.
Partner with infrastructure teams and external vendors to design and implement the migration strategy.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with system downtime, data integrity, and performance post-migration.
Coordinate with business and technical teams to advance the o9 Assortment Planning implementation.
Support testing, UAT, and defect resolution processes to ensure successful rollout.
Facilitate collaboration between the o9 implementation team and business stakeholders to drive alignment on project goals.
