Key Responsibilities:

• Routine Cleaning:
• Perform daily cleaning tasks in diverse commercial settings, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. This involves:
• It is sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Dusting surfaces, including furniture, light fixtures, and windowsills.
• Emptying trash and recycling bins while adhering to proper disposal protocols.
• Sanitation Protocols:
• Implement thorough sanitation procedures to ensure that all surfaces are properly cleaned and disinfected, particularly in high-touch areas such as:
• Door handles, light switches, and elevator buttons.
• Restroom fixtures and surfaces, ensuring they meet health standards.
• Extreme Cleaning Services:
• Conduct specialized deep cleaning for high-traffic or heavily soiled areas, including:
• Steam cleaning carpets and upholstery to remove stains and allergens.
• Cleaning and polishing hard surfaces, such as floors and countertops.
• Hazardous Cleaning:
• Safely manage hazardous cleaning tasks, which may include:
• Handling and disposing of biohazard materials in compliance with safety regulations.
• Utilizing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety protocols to mitigate risks.
• Waste Management:
• Ensure proper disposal of waste by:
• Separating recyclables from general waste and adhering to environmental policies.
• Keeping waste areas organized and hygienic.
• Supply Management:
• Restock essential supplies like paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products as needed, while:
• Keeping inventory of supplies and notifying management when stock is low.
• Ensuring all cleaning equipment is maintained, cleaned, and stored properly.
• Reporting and Communication:
• Promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management, including:
• Malfunctioning equipment, plumbing issues, or potential safety risks.
• Maintaining open communication with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Previous experience in the cleaning industry is required, with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and best practices.
• Transportation:
• Must have reliable transportation to travel between various job sites efficiently, ensuring punctuality and flexibility.
• Attention to Detail:
• A keen eye for detail is essential, allowing you to identify areas needing improvement and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Knowledge of Supplies and Equipment:
• Familiarity with proper cleaning supplies, equipment, and techniques is crucial. This includes:
• Understanding how to handle and apply various cleaning chemicals safely.
• Proficiency in using equipment such as floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners, and vacuum cleaners.
• Teamwork and Independence:
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills when necessary.
• Time Management:
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes, ensuring all areas are cleaned thoroughly.
