Title: Associate Tech PM/Product Analyst
Reports to: Senior Director, Technical Product Management
Location: Boston (hybrid WFH 3 days/ week at 40 Water Street)

The Associate Tech PM/Product Analyst will be supporting Product Management in the following functions:
Who you are:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of using SQL, Python, MS Office, Snowflake
- Skilled in big data/data processing (real time processing of data)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with ETL, statistical models, and ML preferred
What you’ll do:
- Provide Sales and Customer Success with feasibility studies for entering new categories, data validation exercises, and communicating data findings with prospective customers in a way that affirms confidence in our product and company
- Provide troubleshooting support for new proof of concept and MVP products while working with a select few customers during this period
- Provide Marketing with analyses for communication materials such as data quality studies, industry trends, and competitor analysis
- Provide Product Management with MVPs of new customer solutions such as better UI and reporting, user behavior analysis, competitor analysis, and accuracy metrics review for algorithm improvements
