ProfitSolv is a SaaS business services provider for the legal and accounting industry. We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team!
As the Customer Success Specialist you will help support cross-business customer success function needs and drive success in key critical cross-business units' organization. You will help bridge departments including customer success, finance, technology, support to help facilitate various tasks including account changes, account receivables, downgrades, cancellations, client escalations and outreach as part of our client retention initiatives.

As an Customer Success Specialist, you will:
- Act as an advocate between clients and the company when needed for identified or assigned accounts.
- Monitor key revenue generating activities specific to accounts receivables, account cancellations, changes, renewals, and/or research when assigned or as needed by BUs.
- Identify a need for upselling and cross-selling payments or other add on products when opportunity arises during research or customer contact.
- Enter information into customer success tools and databases.
- Ensure all deadlines and standard response times are met.
- Implement projects, procedures, and customer touchpoints to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Identifying and communicating process gaps and working with leadership and cross-functional leads to identifying potential enhancements and innovative solutions.
- Maintain an open cross-functional communication that supports the culture of One Profit Solv
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
