- 5 years of experience in business analysis, product development and project management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, Jira, collaboration tools
- Experience with business analysis tools and techniques
- Analytical thinker with problem solving skills
- Experience with loyalty Programs is a BIG plus
