What You’ll Be Doing
- This is a key role within our client's Cloud Center of Excellence and manages Azure hosting as well as M365 work-place.
- This role's influence will impact their operations, vendor management and project planning as well as their service to internal stakeholders like IT support tech engineers and admins.
- This position will have the opportunity to build upon their skills from existing architects on the team and help fulfill their goal of having "full stack versatilists" in order to further enhance their ability to deliver.
- Collaboration and communication are very critical to role with audiences from non-technical to technical to Executive level - internal customers and external vendors.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Hosting and M365 with:
- designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure, services and applications
- knowledge of networking concepts, security best practices and compliance standards in a cloud environment
- Proven experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, CloudWatch or Stackdriver
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell or Bash
- Strong attention to detail and organizational/planning skills with effective communication skills and customer service skills
- Microsoft Azure certifications would be helpful but not required
- Experience operating in a Center of Excellence with regional Shared Services would be beneficial
