TITLE: Salesforce Architect

LOCATION: Portland, Oregon (Hybrid)

PAY: Target pay for this role is $160-200K but may vary based on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Salesforce Architect, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. This role is critical in integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems, fostering collaboration between software engineering, data analytics, and system teams, and ensuring efficient cross-functional data flow in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Developing scalable Salesforce solutions that integrate with Snowflake, Service Cloud with Amazon Connect, customer portals with Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and align system functionalities.
• Leading advanced Salesforce integration and customization efforts.
• Implementing robust DevOps practices to enhance workflows and change management.
• Continuously evaluating and optimizing Salesforce system efficiency and scalability.
• Staying updated on the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect who brings:

• Experience: At least 8 years of Salesforce architecture experience, with a strong background in systems integration, custom application development, and DevOps practices.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or related architectural certifications.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, API integrations, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Salesforce DX.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Snowflake, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
