What You’ll Be Doing
- This role will be critical in the successful implementation and integration of an out of the box solution which will enhance the overall online customer experience with a well respected brand.
- This role will collaborate across squads as needed, provide leadership, mentorship, coaching and be hands-on as needed.
- This role's team members will be based in India and will require flexibility in working hours to support communications with them as well as HQ in Oregon.
- 10 years of total professional development experience - ideally including Agile large-scale digital platform environments and 5 years of SFCC, working on variety of projects associated with SFCC
- Expertise with React and/or PWA Kit
- Expertise in AWS microservices and APIs
- Proven ability to manage offshore team members in India
- Experience building around an implementation of an out of the box solution would be greatly beneficial
- Experience and proficiency in SEO and search area - personalization, recommendations, AI driven, etc... would be really helpful but not required
- Effective skills to lead squads by inspiring best practices and adopting new technology trends
- Effective in collaborating with and partnering with enterprise wide stakeholders to understand needs, goals, and roadmap plans with a consultant, custom approach
- Clear and effective team player attitude as well as verbal and written communication skills
