TITLE : Systems Architect

LOCATION : Portland, Oregon (Hybrid)

PAY : Target pay for this role is $160,000-$190,000 per year but may vary based on experience.

ENGAGEMENT TYPE : Direct Hire

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Overview of responsibilities :

Lead the integration of systems with internal engineering, data analytics, and systems teams to support cross-functional data flow and functionality.
Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions integrated with enterprise systems like Snowflake and third-party tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative, comprehensive solutions.
Oversee advanced customizations and integrations, including Snowflake, Amazon Connect, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Implement robust DevOps practices to enhance workflows, change management, and integration.
Continuously optimize and refine Salesforce implementations for efficiency and scalability.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must Haves :

Minimum 8 years of experience in architecture and systems integration.

Expertise in Salesforce configurations, customizations, and DevOps practices.

Nice to Haves :

Experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouse technologies.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.

Master's degree in a related field.
