Job Description
At ProForce, we are seeking a detail-oriented Data Reporting Analyst to collect, analyze, and present data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate reports and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business operations and strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and ensure data accuracy.
- Generate ad-hoc and scheduled reports to track KPIs, operational performance, and business metrics.
- Use SQL and other querying languages to extract and manipulate data from databases.
- Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies.
- Present findings in a clear and actionable format to leadership and business teams.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Knowledge of statistical methods and forecasting techniques.
