Summary
A Proforce Service Professional is more than just a spray technician. They are a customer service representative above all and are responsible for providing elite customer service/communication to their customers as well as pest remediation and prevention solutions to residential and commercial properties. Duties include conducting inspections for insects and vermin, implementing effective treatment plans to remedy infestations and advising clients on how to reduce the risk of future infestations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Route Efficiency Rate: Maintain efficient route completion individually.
- Completion Rate: Achieve and maintain a high service completion rate.
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): Consistently deliver high-quality customer experiences.
- Google Reviews (Service Center Rating): Generate positive customer feedback and Google Reviews.
- Safety Incident Rate / Near Miss Rate: Model safe practices and ensure compliance with safety policies. Operator company vehicle in a safe manner obeying all laws of the road.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience
Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 6 months experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Qualifications
- Previous experience in the Pest Control industry preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be 21 to operate company vehicles)
- Ability to obtain and maintain state-required pest control licenses
- Solid understanding of pest control methods, products, and compliance requirements if preferred but not required.
Language Skills
Fluency of the English language is required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating
and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability
to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of FieldRoutes and Google Suite etc.
