Required Skills:

• Proven experience in retail or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence in making initiating contact with customers
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity standard point of sale
• 3 or more years of experience in sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Take proactive steps to generate leads and drive sales.
• Engage customers proactively to understand their needs and recommend products
• Maintain a strong understanding of our offerings and industry trends.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and energetic atmosphere that fosters success.
• Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term client relationships.
• Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Support store manager in various basic tasks
