Job Description:
As a Stock Boy/Cashier, you will be responsible for ensuring our inventory is well-stocked, organized, and easily accessible. Additionally, you will assist customers at the register, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your attention to detail and friendly customer service will be essential in maintaining a welcoming store environment.
Responsibilities:
- Stock and organize inventory on shelves, ensuring products are labeled and displayed correctly
- Assist with receiving and unpacking shipments
- Keep track of stock levels and notify management of low inventory
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
- Handle returns and exchanges as needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly store environment
- Assist with store closing duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is preffered
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to work well in a team environment
