What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position at Proforma Health?

EmpRes is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide care for residents in accordance with established long-term care standards.

  • Sign-on bonus: $4,000
  • Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
  • Serve and collect food trays, and assist residents with eating.
  • Transport residents and assist with mobility.
  • Record vital signs and complete necessary documentation.

Qualifications include current CNA certification and high school diploma or equivalent.
