We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide skilled nursing care in a 1:1 home setting for pediatric and adult patients.

Responsibilities

  • Implement nursing care plans
  • Initiate preventive and rehabilitative procedures
  • Teach and counsel patients and families
  • Maintain patient records and update care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Demonstrate technical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Per diem. Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour.
