We are a leading provider of innovative medical care for long-term and post-acute patients in the U.S., utilizing technology to reduce hospitalizations.

We seek a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an on-site role in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Lake Maccamaw, NC, requiring 2 weekdays with no weekend or holiday work.

  • Conduct health assessments and develop care plans.
  • Manage chronic conditions and prescribe medications.
  • Educate residents and collaborate with healthcare teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements include current NP licensure in NC, board certification, and experience with the geriatric population preferred.
