Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT).
• Active state license and CPR certification.
• Preferred one year of post-acute care experience.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provide direct rehab care and follow treatment plans.
• Set and modify patient goals, oversee care by PTAs and students.
• Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality.
• Participate in community health projects and demonstrate excellent customer service.
