Position Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Business Development Team. This position’s main goal is to generate appointments with leads by making outbound calls, to both cold and warm prospects.
General Responsibilities:
- Complete outbound calls to prospects to introduce Proforma, qualify the prospect, and secure an appointment
- Motivation and desire to make 110 daily outbound calls to prospects
- Become familiar with script / guideline / overcoming objections to successfully secure appointments
- Log activities in CRM database
- Maintain accurate reporting on daily and monthly activities
- Regular communication with manger and peers
Requirements:
- 3 years of outbound call experience / inside sales is required
- Professional phone presence and ability to exude confidence and enthusiasm over the phone
- Strong verbal communication, written communication, and organizational skills
- Team player, positive culture, proactive attitude
- Home office setup with quiet environment to make call
- Reliable internet connection as calls will be made through VoIP
- Personal cell phone and unlimited plan as backup option if VoIP is disrupted
Compensation and Details:
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Full-time remote position, candidate located in Tampa, FL or Cleveland, OH
- This position offers a base salary, bonus structure, and benefits package
- $38k-$42k pay range Bonus
