What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at Proforma?
The Graphic Designer will serve as an individual contributor and member of the overall Brand team with various assignments for the design, creation, and editing of graphics used for print, digital, social media, email and various other purposes.
Responsibilities
- Email Marketing: Crafting visually appealing and brand-consistent email designs to drive engagement.
- Blog Assets: Designing headers, thumbnails, and supporting graphics for blog posts.
- Social Media Content: Creating eye-catching and engaging posts for various platforms to boost brand presence.
- Campaign Deployment Guides: Designing user-friendly guides that ensure seamless implementation of campaigns.
- End-User Flyers: Producing informative and visually compelling flyers tailored for the end audience.
- Educational Tools and Guides: Aggregate and design educational or informational content provided by different department verticals to be accessed by Distributor Owners inside ProVision (our proprietary business management technology platform)
- Direct Mail Assets: Develop compelling designs for direct mail initiatives needed throughout the company for various recruiting needs.
- Product Imagery: Developing and editing high-quality product images for promotional use.
- Creative Assets as Assigned: Creating visually appealing graphic assets for any purpose as assigned by members of the Brand Leadership team.
Education/Experience:
- BFA in Graphic Design
- Graphic design capabilities
- 2-5 years’ relevant graphic design experience with a reviewable portfolio

- Overall Brand & Marketing strategies
- Print layout, digital layout & web layout design
- Photography & Photo Editing

- Color Theory & Typography
- Logo Design
- Time and project management skills
- General Software: Microsoft Office, SharePoint
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Knowledge of Word Press, Premiere Pro or other CMS
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
