Job Summary
The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing builder inquiries, coordinating scheduling with project coordinators, document management, proposals, price management, and ensuring a seamless sales process. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Order Management
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Process quotes and proposals in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with business development managers and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain CRM and sales tracking systems with up-to-date customer and order information.
Customer Relationship Management
Sales Reporting & KPI Tracking

Pay : $75,000 plus Bonus
