Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive at the branch by 7:00 AM, check in with the General Manager (GM) or Assistant General Manager (AGM), and receive daily repair assignments through Skedulo.
• Review repair tickets and gather necessary materials for the day's work. Coordinate with warehouse personnel and GM/AGM for material pulls or special orders if needed.
• Complete only assigned repairs. For additional requests, consult the GM/AGM for approval.
• Contact builders 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to arriving at the job site and check in with them upon arrival to locate repair areas.
• Document all repairs by taking 4 photos before, 4 during, and 4 after the repair process. Ensure thorough inspection of the area to verify quality completion.
• For leak-related repairs, cut out damaged drywall to inspect the root cause, take photos/videos of the issue, and document the completed repair thoroughly.
• Maintain detailed notes on each repair ticket to ensure accurate records of work performed.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in drywall installation, repair, and finishing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site issues.
• Physical capability to perform the job, including lifting, bending, and climbing ladders.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay:

$20-$25 per hour
