Our mission is to be the safest, quickest, and lowest-cost provider in the industry, delivering high-quality services to builders on time and on budget.Job SummaryThe Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing builder inquiries, coordinating scheduling with project coordinators, document management, proposals, price management, and ensuring a seamless sales process. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced construction environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Order Management
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Process quotes and proposals in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with business development managers and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain CRM and sales tracking systems with up-to-date customer and order information.Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up on proposals sent to help generate business.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues and escalate when necessary.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Work closely with project coordinators, estimators, and field teams to align sales with project timelines.Sales Reporting & KPI Tracking
- Track and report sales performance metrics regularly.
- Assist in forecasting and analyzing sales trends to optimize strategy.
- Maintain organized sales records and provide regular updates to the Director of SalesQualifications & Skills
- Experience : 2 years in inside sales, sales coordination, or customer service, preferably in construction, trade services, or manufacturing.
- Technical Skills : Experience with CRM software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving : Ability to handle customer issues proactively and efficiently.
- Organizational Skills : Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
