Duties & Responsibilities
- Find, recruit, negotiate and on-board subcontractors
- Work with branch managers to ensure each branch has an adequate amount of subcontracted labor
- Ensure all subcontractors have the requires documentations needed to work in the state of Florida
- Manage the recruitments and on-boarding of all subcontractors, vendors and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Travel the state as necessary to meet and on-board roofing subcontractors
Essential Qualifications
- Associate's degree in human resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Bilingual proficiency (written and spoken) in English and Spanish is required
- Strong communication skills in both languages to effectively interact with clients, and external partners.
- 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in operations or high-volume environments.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Pay : $20-$23 / hour
