What are the responsibilities and job description for the Light Duty Vehicle Asset Specialist position at ProFrac Holding?
General Overview : Responsible for managing and completing all processes related to asset management including organizing and managing all related records.
Responsibilities :
- Keep Asset management system up to date
- Assign unit numbers and tag new equipment
- Post new equipment in NAV
- Track paperwork from vendors for all new equipment for Registrations
- Create spreadsheet to go to the Tax Office for Registration Renewals
- Online Registration Renewals for all Semi-trailers
- Mail out Registrations / replacement plates to Districts
- Apply for equipment permits, as needed
- Maintain all electronic filing on all Assets including Title and Registrations
- Inspect all equipment for proper paperwork before leaving the Cisco yard
- Create transfers for equipment leaving to go to a new location
- Help each district with any issue that they have with equipment
- Install Geotab's in light duty vehicles
- Program speed limit in light duty vehicles
- Supply loaner vehicles to employees, as needed
- Maintain spreadsheet for all company vehicles and who they are assigned to
- Reconcile credit card
