Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership for engineering teams across multiple projects of varying scope and complexity.
- Identify and implement technology-specific solutions to streamline ticketing processes and reduce reliance on manual input.
- Collaborate extensively with Operations, Business Development, IT, and other departments to achieve strategic goals.
- Oversee the development, estimation, and approval of project budgets.
- Evaluate contractor bids, proposals, and recommend contractors aligned with ProFrac Services' strategic objectives.
- Lead initiatives to enhance current technologies for improved operational efficiency.
- Build and develop an engineering support team to optimize customer experience and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain and apply technical knowledge in hydraulic fracturing processes and technologies.
- Provide technical guidance to various departments and lead problem-solving efforts for complex engineering challenges.
- Promote innovative, growth-focused solutions while balancing operational and environmental considerations.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 5 years of leadership and technical experience in hydraulic fracturing recommended.
- Proven expertise in driving technological solutions tailored to industry-specific challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of generating creative and impactful ideas.
- Hands-on involvement in reviewing designs and providing technical direction.
- Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills to work across departments effectively.
- Ability to travel as needed and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficient in relevant engineering software and systems.
- A strong drive for operational excellence and organizational growth.
- Able to read, speak and write English.
- Using mathematics to solve problems.

- Very good physical mobility and dexterity to inspect conditions of Trucking Assets (top, bottom, side, etc.), loading/unloading connections, etc.
- Normal physical strength & fitness to handle conditions consistent with crude trucking field operations.
- Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
