Positions Summary:
Manages operational directives of the Gas Conditioning field team. Plan, direct, or coordinate operational strategies and objectives at the highest level of management with the help of employees and staff managers, incident and accident investigation and tracking, and manages cost effectiveness of the operations.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Mission & Goals: OM reflects and embodies Livewire Power's strategic vision within the Gas Conditioning Operational team. Enhance operational efficiency and team collaboration. Act as the primary liaison for Gas Conditioning Field activities and Service initiatives. OM fosters a positive work environment. Implement and monitor best practices. Communicate effectively with other departments and key stakeholders.
- Operational Management: Lead and manage a team of operational staff of day-to-day operations, providing guidance, support, and direction facilitating effective communication and coordination among Gas Conditioning team:
- Preplanning activities and communication – OM Review customer requirements and provide proper application engineering selection and spacing for gas equipment (ESD, NGD, DEHY, Heaters, NRU) – calling for engineering support as required. Once scope of services is confirmed, the OM maintains an asset and crew schedule that ensures all equipment and auxiliaries necessary to perform services will be available, clean and mobilized.
- Collaborate with Supply chain ensuring suppliers and vendors are timely and cost-effective in the procurement of needed goods and services.
- Mobilization/ demobilization -OM participates in pre-planning meetings. Directs team to perform a pad walk and equipment layout is spotted. Contacts third party transportation for route planning and necessary permits.
- Rig/ up commissioning – OM Directs Operations supervisors and Areal Leads in his team to connect Gas Conditioning and Distribution equipment, enforcing application of SOPs and JSAs.
- Operations and services execution – Directs team that operates the equipment ensuring SOP and JSA are in place, proactive customer communication is in place and effective. OM work closely with Field and Engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any operational issues affecting service delivery.
- Issue Resolution: OM monitors remote performance of the equipment and collaborates with Engineering to ensure Non-Conformance Reports and Service Tickets on equipment issues are documented on the OPS support platform – OM follows the implementation of the containment action, and final resolution from the root cause analysis.
- Performance report and Customer communication: OM is responsible for issuing a monthly Performance report of the Gas Conditioning equipment to the customer: OM will work with engineering to gather equipment run and performance data: uptime/ idle time – running time. Power delivered vs. nameplate, Temp, pressure, voltage, btu, alarms.
- OM is also responsible to immediately report NPT and Safety related events.
- Rig/ Down: OM Directs team to perform de-commissioning with appropriate SOP and JSAs- ensure equipment is clean and ready to be mobilized to the next job.
- Perform Maintenance: OM maintains a record of running hours and makes the call for the need to perform maintenance, planning it between scheduled activities, determines third party vendors needed to perform maintenance activities. Make sure Work order is issued in the system. OM Ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.
- Equipment Data – Failure and Maintenance record: OM will keep record of the Gas Conditioning and Distribution equipment, with history of failures, maintenance performed.

- Direct cost – with specific weekly oversight to Overtime – Maintenance costs
- Asset Utilization
- Contributes to the development and management of operational budgets
- Drive key internal KPIs, utilizing Business Intelligence tools.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to Operational Cost, Asset utilization and Equipment performance supports budgeted forecast.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a manager of administrative operations.
- Knowledge of general confidential information policies, procedures, and regulations that govern employee and employer confidentiality.
- Knowledge of general business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, technical skill, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Knowledge of general principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Experience in Midstream Engineering or Production facility engineering, understanding of Gas Properties and means for gas handling preferred.

- Climbing – able to go up, down and over equipment in a safe manner using good judgment and proper safety equipment as required.
- Position will require a minimum of 40 hours per week with frequent extended hours required based on workload requirements.
- Position will require (24) twenty-four hours availability, with (7) seven-day weeks when workload requires, with time off scheduled per current workload.
