Profusion Cosmetics, a rapidly growing and innovative color cosmetics brand, is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics across a variety of platforms, including websites, banners, newsletters, product packaging, and more. As a key player in shaping the visual identity of our brand, your designs will capture attention, communicate our brand message, and ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Design 2D visuals for cosmetic packaging, advertisements, digital assets, and promotional materials.
- Conceptualize and create visual designs that align with brand requirements and campaign objectives.
- Assist in product design and contribute to the creation of seasonal campaign themes for merchandising, marketing, and PR.
- Stay on top of industry trends by providing research insights into packaging design, color trends, and design best practices.
- Select appropriate colors, layouts, and typography to bring each project to life while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to finalize designs and ensure brand messaging is clear and effective.
- Create digital and physical mockups for websites, brochures, icons, and other marketing materials.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from the creative team and stakeholders.
- Work closely with marketing teams to evaluate and improve mockups, using feedback to enhance final designs.
- Assist in the creation of product photography, lifestyle imagery, social media content, and graphic videos.
- Ensure all designs reflect Profusion Cosmetics' brand identity and effectively convey the brand's message across all platforms.
- Perform other design-related tasks as requested by the creative team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio that includes cosmetics or beauty-related design work.
- 1 years of experience working with design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Expertise in 2D design and rendering with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
- Experience in packaging design and understanding of design standards and best practices.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio demonstrating 2 years of design experience and a variety of design samples.
- Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
