Registered Nurse candidates for the Assistant Unit Supervisor position will have the following job responsibilities:
- Our client is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our Nursing Department leadership team in the role of Assistant Unit Supervisor on our Sub-Acute Rehab (Med-Surge) Unit.
- The Assistant Unit Supervisor aids the Unit Supervisor with clinical rounds and an emphasis on high-risk patients. Maintains unit records (i.e., RCC, MDS, immunizations, pharmacy, etc.) and completes documentation and audits of Electronic Health Records.
- The Assistant Unit Supervisor enhances the standard of patient care in alignment with our mission and vision.
- This is an excellent opportunity to learn the sub-acute rehab/med-surge role and gain experience to take the next step in career progression! This position requires every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Registered Nurse candidates for the Assistant Unit Supervisor position must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- Licensed RN in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- At least 1 year of nursing supervisory experience in long-term care or healthcare setting.
- Must have the confidence and ability to lead and mentor staff.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Pay Rate: $35-39/hour
