Registered Nurse Director - Cath Lab

RN DIR - CATH LAB

Full-Time

Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Cath Lab will have the following job responsibilities :

  • The Director of Cardio, Cath Lab, & Vascular Services serves as a leader in planning, directing and managing the department staff to assure quality care to all patients.
  • Responsible for the meeting TJC standards, complying with our policies, procedures, promoting teamwork with physicians, and all health care providers.
  • Assists in the day-today operations of the department. Including performance improvement, staff competency, physician relations, strategic planning, patient safety, and budget.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Registered Nurse Director - Cath Lab

RN DIR - CATH LAB

Full-Time

Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Cath Lab must meet the following minimum job qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree AND 2 years management experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or related area
  • High school diploma or GED and ONE of the following :
  • Four (4) years of Cardiac Cath Lab management experience
  • A combination of four (4) years post high school education and
  • Cardiac Cath Lab management experience.
  • RNs : Bachelor of Science in Nursing

    • C ompensation- 120k-130k / 10k relo bonus / Up to 15% bonus incentive
