Sr. Software Engineer, Digital Engineering
Direct Hire | Full Remote | No C2C
As a Sr. Software Engineer, you’ll design and develop scalable, high-performance web and mobile solutions, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency. This role requires technical expertise, strategic problem-solving, and collaboration across teams to align with business goals and design systems.
What You’ll Do :
Develop and maintain high-quality digital applications using React Native, NextJS, and TypeScript.
Implement best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and optimize code while maintaining clean architecture and documentation.
Integrate backend services, headless CMS platforms like Contentful, and UX analytics tools (Datadog, Google Analytics, Looker, etc.).
Conduct code reviews, write tests (unit, integration, e2e), and contribute to software lifecycle improvements.
Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Docker) and maintain version control with Git.
Collaborate in an Agile environment, mentoring junior engineers and fostering innovation.
Qualifications :
5 years in UX-driven software development (web & mobile).
4 years of experience with TypeScript, NextJS, and React-based frameworks.
Expertise in modular design systems and ecommerce solutions.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps principles.
Experience composing ecommerce application with headless CMS platforms like Contentful
Proponent of test drive development and experience implementing tests (unit, integration, and e2e)
Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and underlying hosting infrastructure like Docker
Documentation and Knowledge Transition : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, documenting configurations, processes, and procedures related to AWS infrastructure and services
Passion for front-end development and crafting seamless user experiences.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentorship skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Occasional Travel Required
