Duties
This position serves as a Physical Security Specialist assisting in the development, coordination, direction and assessment of a department wide physical security program. The individual selected for this position develops and implements department wide policies, procedures and methods for identifying and protecting information, personnel, property, facilities, operations and materials. The incumbent supports the development and execution of Facility Security Plans and may develop training, briefings, issue papers, or other products to advise management and employees on physical security process and procedures.

Specialized Experience, GS-11 :
You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing each of the following duties listed below :
OR Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or, 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or, LL.M., if related; or a combination of the required experience and education for this grade level.
Specialized Experience, GS-12 :
You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-11 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing (3) of the (4) duties listed below :
