Business and Technical Skills :
- Ability to understand business requirements and analyze data from various applications
- Intuition to ask pertinent questions, identify and resolve gaps
- Formulate business requirements into high-level or low-level technical requirements
- Work with and manage technical team members
- Build and maintain a requirements backlog
- Drive daily standup meetings with business stakeholders and technical team members
- Document processes, design documents, and map data elements between source and target applications
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize work
- Manage and meet deadlines while adapting to changes
- Experience with data migration projects is a plus
