Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Oracle Financials implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Oracle Financials modules tailored to the transportation and logistics industry.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in financial management and technology.
- Foster a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide team members, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with Oracle Financials implementations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets).
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
