Contractor R&Rs:
- Recurring Reporting (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) according to set formats
- Assist with ad hoc reporting, if given example data and set format
- Data Cleaning
- Maintaining accurate Global Fleet Assets Assigned and Current locations
- Maintaining accurate Global Fleet Assets Category and Subcategory Assignment
- Ensuring asset fields are used consistently
- Data Investigation
- Deep dive asset history, including past vehicle use and ownership changes
- Locate and investigate records related to vehicles not at their assigned location and vehicles not in service
- Dashboard maintenance and modifications
- Ensuring quality for automated data flows
- Submit and own to execution system access requests
Contractor Skills:
- SQL queries
- Data structure definition
- Salesforce user experience
- Developer experience is a plus
- SAP user experience
