Job Description:
We’re seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to manage and optimize our HR systems, primarily Workday and Rippling. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Workday experience, with Rippling being a strong plus. We're open to candidates with development experience if they don’t have direct integration expertise.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our HR technology supports efficient operations, data accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on Workday experience (HCM, Core HR, reporting, or integrations).
- Rippling experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience with HRIS integrations — or development experience (e.g., Workday Studio, EIBs, API) as an alternative.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable collaborating across HR, IT, and leadership teams.
