A Regional leader in the landscape industry, ProGreen Services, LLC is looking to expand our team by adding an Account Manager who will serve as the primary contact for ProGreen Services’ clients in the WPB market. Primary job requirements include building and sustaining long-term relationships, focusing on both client retention and additional sales, while providing oversight for field operations. The Account Manager supervises crews in the field and provides service to the customer with a focus on HOA communities. "SALARY NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE"
What you’ll do:
- Oversee Crew Supervisors/foreperson and providing oversight of field operations
- Develop and train supervisors and forepersons while practicing and promoting safety and customer service.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Develop and maintain a schedule to perform site walk throughs during formal meetings with customers to ensure quality and service expectations are met
- Lead and facilitate or assist in the resolution of customer problems or concerns
- Proactively present site enhancement ideas to existing customers
- Identify and pursue opportunities to sell additional services
- Ensure a safe environment for employees, customers and the general public
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by the Branch Manager/Operations Manager
- Ensure the vehicles and equipment for each crew are properly maintained and secured
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
