Responsibilities
- Assist in mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing to maintain beautiful landscapes.
- Learn and apply proper irrigation, plant care, seasonal maintenance techniques, and planting strategies.
- Gain hands-on experience in hardscaping, including working with pavers, retaining walls, and outdoor features.
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow company standards and LeanScaper methods for optimized workflow.
- Develop skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a growth mindset.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
- No experience required – all training provided.
- Driver's License (Required)
Compensation
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
