ProGreen is seeking a motivated experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and help drive our artificial turf business forward.
Responsibilities:
- Find, on your own, commercial prospects to build and maintain strong relationships with, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our artificial turf products and installation services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Collaborate closely with our installation team to ensure a seamless customer experience from sales to installation.
Requirements:
- Proven sales track record.
- MUST be energetic with a positive and professional attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with landscaping concepts and knowledge of artificial turf products is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, as needed.
This is a $500 base plus commission position. The successful candidate must have reliable personal transportation. This position may require overnight travel, including regional or national trade shows.
