- Assist in researching and understanding relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to product compliance.
- Analyze product specifications and designs to identify potential compliance gaps.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation, including records of testing, certifications, and other relevant data.
- Prepare and review compliance reports, policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to the identification and resolution of compliance issues.
- Facilitate communication with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Support communication and training efforts related to compliance requirements.
- Pursuing Engineering degree; Chemistry/Chemical engineering degree a plus.
- Experience in global operations, manufacturing and compliance preferred.
- Experience managing large volumes of data.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels of a multi-cultural business.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and effectively in varying environments.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
