Key Job Elements
- Support multiple areas of the business in process mapping and documentation;
- Support multiple applications in developing efficiency measuring tools;
- Participating in application implementation/change projects;
- Participating in standardization efforts of both process and technology across multiple countries and businesses;
- Continuous improvement initiatives initiated by business analytics data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics. An MBA is preferred;
- Preferred education in business analytics, process intelligence and organizational management.
- Knowledge of business management software;
- Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail;
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications;
- Excellent communication skills and strong public speaker;
- Passion for researching and implementing new technologies;
- Ability and willingness to travel.
