- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate
- Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to
- Assist others in making travel arrangements;
- Assist others in preparing travel expense reports;
- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases;
- Operate a variety of office equipment, telephones, scanners, fax, copiers etc.;
- Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing;
- Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or

- Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, or reports, such as presentations

- Train personnel;
- Perform payroll functions, such as maintaining timekeeping information and processing and submitting
- Manage daily operations of AP invoice processing in LN, SAP, SourceDay, and Coupa/Digital Invoice;
Education / Training
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Associate's degree or higher level of education preferred;
Qualifications and Experience
- 2-5 years of experience;
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files
terminology;
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes
satisfaction;
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation,
resources
